The Due Buoi wide slicing knife for butcher has a rounded tip and resistant narrow blade 30 mm wide and 160 mm long with a straight edge to allow easy slicing a thin pieces of meat.
The blade is sliced stainless steel, the handle is ergonomic in antibacterial and antislip plastic.
