The due Buoi "Massiccio" Elm Block is a set of forged knives made of W4110 stainless steel and tempered at 1060°-1080° with a hardness of about 55 HRC. The tempering process developed and jealously guarded by the company distinguishes each type of knife, as the values of hardness, edge resistance and blade flexibility are varied, so that each knife has the best characteristics for its specific use. In addition, the exclusive and luxurious olive wood handle is not treated and is not coated with any paint. Although there are paints on the market that can come into contact with food, our choice is to keep the wood natural. When using the knives, day after day, the wood will change color and become increasingly unique. The only treatment we can recommend is to lubricate the handle with a few drops of olive oil.
The "Massiccio" block is perfect for cooking enthusiasts who want to have a set of high-quality professional knives at their disposal."
